AUSTRALIA WW1 1st AIF INFANTRYMAN STATUE

This is a cold cast bronze statue of a WW1 Australian Army soldier, 1st AIF Infantryman France 1916.  Typical of an infantry private moving up to the front in France, carries his short Magazine Lee Enfield (SMLE) rifle and wears pattern 08 webbing equipment.  His enlisted man's uniform and PH chemical gas hood are typical of the gear worn and carried at the time.

The statue is 1:6 scale or around 12 inches high.  New with box of issue. Made by "Naked Army".  A limited release of 2000 world wide.  The detail of all parts and the uniform is of a very high standard and unlike mass produced collectables each statue is cast and then finished by hand making each individually numbered figurine one of a kind.
